01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Alexabet88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all aspects of your access to and use of the Alexabet88 website, mobile interface, gaming products, and related services (collectively, "the Service").

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by User on the Platform in accordance with the registration requirements set out herein.
• "Balance" means the total value of deposited funds, bonus credits, and pending withdrawals held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by Alexabet88 subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any real-money funds transferred by a User into their Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, conducted by Alexabet88 in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the Alexabet88 website, any associated mobile application or interface, and all gaming products and services accessible therein.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law or Platform policy.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Alexabet88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Alexabet88 strictly enforces this age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (e.g., national identity card, passport) at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate entities, organisations, and persons acting as agents for third parties are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of account registration or use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of Alexabet88 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or software providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had an account terminated by Alexabet88 for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Alexabet88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application or to suspend or terminate any existing account if it reasonably determines that the eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met.

04 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Alexabet88 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

Registration Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

KYC Verification

Alexabet88 is required to verify the identity and age of all users prior to permitting real-money activity on the platform. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identity document; proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement); and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. Alexabet88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. 05 Terms of Use

Your use of the Alexabet88 platform is subject to the following general terms. By accessing the Service, you agree to comply with these terms at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to interact with the Platform or circumvent any security or access control measures.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

Alexabet88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). All real-money transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 (subject to change — refer to the deposit page for current limits).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes, subject to processing by the relevant payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Withdrawal Speed Promise published on the Platform: e-walets within 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes, and bank wire within 15–60 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to unverified accounts will be placed on hold pending verification.
• Alexabet88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceding specified thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Platform's prevailing withdrawal routing rules.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Alexabet88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, cashback offers, and loyalty tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Alexabet88 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire upon lapsing of the validity period.
• Alexabet88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

08 Betting Rules & Wagers

All wagers placed on the Alexabet88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.). In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

• Wagers are final once confirmed. Alexabet88 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except in accordance with applicable product rules (e.g., event cancellation, obvious pricing error).
• In the event of an obvious error in odds or payout calculations, Alexabet88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the staked amount.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and may vary by market, event, and user tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during event, at Alexabet88's sole discretion.
• Results for all sporting events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC) are determined by the official governing bodies of those events.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Alexabet88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether personally or through associates) for the purpose of obtaining promotional benefits.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to exploit Platform pricing or bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using any third-party software, bot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the Alexabet88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of Alexabet88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Alexabet88.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alexabet88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Alexabet88's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law and does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Alexabet88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or malicious software.

13 Suspension & Termination

Alexabet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Alexabet88 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A User is determined to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 3.
• Alexabet88 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance (net of any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the User via the last used payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Amendments

Alexabet88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alexabet88 is incorporated under its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

Malaysian users are advised that online gambling is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing an internationally licensed offshore service and that you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable laws of Malaysia with respect to online gambling.
